Preferred recognizes that the weeks leading up to the start of a service program are critical in creating an optimal working relationship with our new customers. For this reason, a Start-Up Team of senior executives will supervise the entire phase-in process. The primary goal of this Start-Up Team is to have the entire Preferred team placed, trained, and thoroughly oriented to the particular requirements of the facilities in which they will be working.
The program focuses on four phases: Orientation, Preparation of Manuals, Operations Planning, and Implementation.
